DCKAP Integrator was affected due to the AWS outage in the hosted region. Between 11:34 AM and 12:51 PM PST, AWS servers experienced an internet outage. Due to that, the Integrator could not establish connections with our client systems. The issue was resolved at 12:51 PM PST, and the service operates normally.
How are we planning to avoid this kind of issue in the future? We planned to deploy our application in multiple regions with a customized load balancer to avoid this kind of outage.
