Integrator outage due to our log servers spike in storage

Our log database servers went down from 1:35 PM to 2:15 PM UTC (7:05 PM to 7:45 PM IST) today due to a sudden spike in storage. Because of this, both the batch synchronizations and the dynamic services have been affected. We addressed the issue as soon as our monitoring systems triggered alerts. All batch synchronizations should have re-synchronized automatically by now.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will implement the auto-scaling feature for our log database servers to avoid this kind of outage in future.
