We regret to inform you that our services experienced an unexpected downtime from 1:35 AM to 1:45 AM today. Lightning services also got affected during that period. The issue was caused by our hosting provider, AWS, automatically restarted our services. As a result, any running synchronizations at 1:35 AM were affected, and there was a delay in scheduled job execution until 3:15 AM.

In case of scheduled jobs, it should automatically be handled in the upcoming schedules. As a precautionary measure, kindly check your project logs once during that period.

As of now, everything is back to normal, and all services have been restored. Our team is actively monitoring the situation to prevent any recurrence of such incidents in the future.
